Florida State is going to get their shite pushed in during the playoffs if they don't lose to GaTech in the ACC championship.

Looks about right. Would be great if Ms. St. and Bama could meet again in JerryWorld.

I just hope the playoff committee sees it the same as the AP and Coaches poll.

The plumetting relevance of these polls is pretty funny. AP and Coaches are going to slowly slip into obscurity

Even if they don't, you have a couple weeks to change their minds.

FSU hasn't lost a game in 2 seasons and they seem to have the uncanny ability to turn it on when they have to, to win games. I can't stand Jameis Winston as a person but it's hard to argue with his ability to lead his team in come from behind victories. It's really quite irritating.

Random thoughts:

How many times has a Power 5 team been the only undefeated team and not get all the 1st-place votes?

TCU still ahead of Baylor is regoddamndiculous.

Michigan State in the top 10 is LOL.

The job former Alabama OC Jim McElwaine has done at Colorado State is incredible.

How the fork is Duke still ranked?

Every team from #7 down is pretty much a crapshoot and none of them are consistent enough to depend on.

It doesn't even really work that way. We saw after the first week that the polls are trying to imitate the committee, not the other way around. The polls do not matter AT ALL, they are just trying to predict the committee so they can stay relevant.

They won't. There's not going to be two SEC teams in the playoffs.

If UGA finishes with beating #17 (or higher) GT and Top 5 MissST/Bama in the SECCG, it's a pretty good case to get into playoff despite 2 losses. It would be a good strong finish.

I know. I mean that even if [the committee] doesn't vote State in this week, they still have the chance to sway [the committee].

I remember saying this a month ago and everyone blew a gasket. Then I said if the East wins in ATL there may be no Sec teams and everyone exploded.

It's shaping up that way.
