Okay, I had to do this. I know everybody points to the long losing streak but look at the progress that's been made. The team is uber competitive and will start winning (but I hope not today) very soon. Leave this guy alone and he will make the hogs into a very good program year after year.

Ole Miss had the same scenario with Ed Orgeron. Coach O had the Rebs gaining momentum, but they had a long losing streak as well and fired Ed. Then it took a couple of down years to recover.

Stay the course Arky fans and you will have a happy future...

They are a QB and a few receivers away from being a really good team.

and a big play safety, or maybe more so just a not herp a derp 4-5 times a game and let teams burn us deep for TD's.

We are missing a few pieces of the puzzle still. Unfortunately one of those missing pieces is at QB and to make matters worse when the game gets tight our OC goes full on air raid. Never a good thing when your QB has a nasty tendency to freeze up in pressure situations.

I would love to beat LSU. I think we have a decent shot of beating LSU. I fear, though, that we won't beat an SEC team this season unless it is a blow out. I am not so sure we blow out LSU.

You may win tonight but no way you blow us out. Bret has the Razorbacks going in the right direction.

They are much more competitive this year. Not sure comparing Bret to Ed is a compliment though.

When I look at Arkansas, and dig a little deeper, Arkansas and Beilema kinda got the screws put to them by allowing Bobby Allen to dictate the QB situation. It is obvious that Brandon Allen is not an SEC caliber QB. He has ended more games with last drive interceptions that were within winning reach than you can count on both hands. that poor excuse for a fade pass against Mississippi State was just plain terrible.

They need to dump Bobby Allen as recruiting coordinator and let Beilema put his own man in place. Bobby Allen came with the territory when Beilema signed on, and that just wasn't a good dealio for Arkansas and Beilema.
