Been so long since my dad lived there, all I can recommend os the Italian restaurant downtown. That place is the shite.

It's way better than flobama's food, that's for sure. Good chicken tenders, good pizza's, good burgers.

Like everyone said, eat at ricotoni's or your could also eat at city hardware if you want more american type food and has the same owner as ricotoni

Across the street from both is on the rocks, a bar that should have the game on as well
