wtf?

LOL.... i can't BELIEVE i am saying this.. it has been utterly entertaining since the second he got here. i resented it so hard at first, but had to get behind Lord Saban because i must trust him, right?

lane has been a riot.

not that i blame a soul for feeling how they do about him.. he definitely earned all those negative stripes. but damn, he's been funny/entertaining.

Kiffin reminds me of Bill Walton.

I hated Bill Walton. Despised him at UCLA, even worse when he was at Portland. The whole long hair, beard, California hippie thing. I thoroughly despised him.

Then one morning I picked up the paper and read that Walton had signed with the Celtics.

Suddenly, Walton was awesome. And almost overnight, Walton became one of my favorite Celtics.

I was happy when we hired him.

i loved it when he set up that long bomb to Drake in the Florida game.

Lane has proven to be awesome thusfar. This was exactly what he and Alabama needed. Definitely a good match. Seeing him and Kirby celebrate the other day was just what I'll remember about that LSU game. The coaching staff is able to string together wins in so many different ways.

I love the guy's energy. Watching him sprint down the sidelines behind Cooper in Knoxville was awesome. The guy has obviously matured...not once has he even come close to letting himself be baited into anything by fans or media. The limited interviews have shown a certain humility...but he hasn't let any of that bridle his enthusiasm with the players.
