I think we match up fairly well with Bama across the board (except for the obvious Cooper vs our secondary). But one thing the worries me, that I haven't seen discussed, are the legs of Blake Sims.

I have watched Bama in the A&M game and LSU and in those games he looked really fast with some fairly good shift. I worry about him getting out of the pocket, we lose containment on a WR and potentially giving up some big plays. Other than that, I think Bama is going to have to settle for that 8th grader kicking 30 yard field goals to get points.

Also, I read on the twitter yesterday that Mullen and Collins made it sound as if we are planning to only designate a corner to Cooper - if that is true ...

But who knows, Mullen sandbags with the best of them.

We were pretty successful at containing Marshall. They've played 1 dominant game this year against TAMU where the Aggies pretty much gave up before half time. They've looked very average to slightly above average throughout the whole season. I like our chances, because I know that Collins is gonna whip up a solid defensive scheme. I don't have a single doubt about our offense baring a total frick up.

If we come to play, we win. We won't walk away saying we lost and played a great game.

This is why we changed defenses.

No problem with that.

Hope we figured a way to get Matt Wells to help cover Cooper...

Why do you keep saying this? I didn't say Blake Sims legs were and excuse. I said they hadn't been discussed much, and that they made me nervous. Weirdly enough, his runs played a major role in the game.

Stop copying and pasting that dumb no excuses shite... No one is making an excuse.
