... apparently a BSU and ThugU fan as well.

You've probably already heard about this but, if not, here's the story.

Yesterday, Veteran's Day, this gun shop owner (that's right, his wife and he own a gun shop in Anniston, AL), ranted against Veterans on FaceBook. Here's what he posted:

So anyways, it went viral in about ten seconds. (Still incredible that this idiot shite on himself and his family as a gun shop owner with this public anti-Vet rant of his on Veterans Day.)

His wife and he also run this gun club in Anniston, (Calhoun County), Alabama.

There are a lot of articles up about it today if you want to google it.

Anyway, here are a couple of his posts today, before he shut his facebook page down.

That was followed by ...

But it seems that everyone in Anniston is calling him a known liar and that no one is threatening his family. So they are back to lighting-up his facebook page and while reading the comments the first thing that hits you is ...

Now, forgetting about him being a Bama and Clemson fan - the people in Calhoun County, AL and Anniston, AL will probably shut the jerk down by not doing business with him or his wife, and rightfully so IMHO, ... I couldn't help but wondering the tie-in to "Calhoun County, AL" and Clemson? John C Calhoun of course, being the man who donate the land to Clemson. A former VP of the US and very famous here in SC. Whatever, for this guy to be both a Bama and Clemson fan, (evidently his wife is a Boise State girl and his daughter goes to U of M), ... what's the deal in Anniston, AL Bama fans? Is there some special tie-in to Clemson and Bama there? Calhoun?

I hope local Bama, Auburn and every other sort of fan shuts this jerk down quite honestly. But hey, Veterans are here to protect the guy's right to free speech, but he is going to have to deal with the consequences on his own.

ETA: The posters are up now ... and evidently the wife is a bigger bitch than he is. They've got 5,000+ members of the county gun club on their FB page of which they are administrators - and it appears, based upon the replies, that the great majority of them are veterans.

So evidently this couple harbored these hate-filled feelings about Vets their entire lives, but had no problems making their livelihoods off of unsuspecting veterans who supported their businesses.

Wow, just wow. But these cyber posters (see below) are up everywhere now. I'm a member of a dozen veterans groups and they've all got them flying on their home pages. Plus the women ... whew, piss-off the gun toting women and you go too far. Their sites are en fuego.

These people are probably going to have to leave the country.

I saw this all unfold yesterday. It was hilarious. His initial comment (on his personal page) to one of his buddies who asked "did you write this?" Was "yeah and it'll be forgotten in a couple of days just like last year".

I read comments all night. The dude is a dick, has been arrested for recieving stolen property, and some claim he has major drug problems.

I don't have a dog in the fight other than just enjoying the show.

As far as Clemson and Bama go, maybe he have Dabo a HJ in the rest stop bathroom on I59 outside of Anniston once.

Yea, his wife might as well go ahead and close the business.

He's done then. He was obviously on drugs when he posted ... big mistake.

Yes she should. Not only because of what her husband posted but because, evidently, according to word spreading everywhere, she's a total bitch.

I'm sure they are going to have a Merry Christmas. Dad just opened his pie-hole and probably destroyed their only source of income, alienated their entire client base, pissed-off Veterans and Conservative Americans all-over the country ... yeah, this will have to go-down as one of the biggest social media screw-ups in history. I mean WTF? And again, if the couple are that anti-American, that socialist liberal progressive, what the heck were they doing owning a gun shop and gun club while fleecing Veterans under false pretenses in the first place? It's just very confusing.

He does kind of have a point with some wars, but still highly disrespectful and he deserves what er comes his way.

His point is spot on people just don't like the message. They are not intelligent enough to realize you can support people better by not encouraging them to be tools of the state and crony capitalism. Soldiers are not heroes they are pawns. EMS, fire fighters, and other first responders are the real heroes.

There's still WWII vets out there, I'd call them hero's any day.

Only the one's who saved this country from actual destruction. Not the ones that have drug this country under mountains of debt so that certain corporations could thrive in the middle east by using tax payer money to fund their own interests as well as feed the military industrial complex. WW2 is the only war that come close to being debatable, but of course the more you dig deeper into past wars of Europe and how negotiations were done post WW1 and why WW1 was fought even this is blurred at best. And of course the lines go even deeper all the way into the 30 year war.

Yeah those evil modern day soldiers were doing it for the corporations. That's why they joined up. Not to go fight the douche bags that attacked or supported the attacks on our country on 9/11.

Again. What have you done for this country more than anyone that has served?

Didn't realize there were still people that thought we were tied up in wars with Iraq, Syria, Gaza, Libya, and Afghanistan because a few Al Queda members from Saudi Arabia hijacked a plane and flew it into a building. The same Al Queda organization we teamed up and armed to fight for us in Syria as proxy soldiers no less. Good one buddy.

Meh. An old Army buddy of mine who served in Iraq posts similar stuff all the time. Guess he gets a pass though...

I, personally, couldn't care less about the opinions of others.

Yea which part. Did you not know we were working with Al Qaeda in Syria. That's actually very well documented.
