The'll also most likely be playing Oregon in the Pac-12 championship

If the top 3 happen and we win the SEC championship, then we will be in.

I think if we luck into the SECCG and win it were in the playoff regardless of the 2 losses.

One crazy scenario would be State beating Bama and then Bama losing to Auburn but with Auburn losing to UGA. With us beaing State. And then all non-sec teams getting upset. State would be SECW champs. But Ole Miss would have beaten two different #1 teams at home. How could you leave us out?

Actually, if State beats Bama and then loses to Vandy and Ole Miss while Bama beats Auburn, Ole Miss wins the West. Probably more likely than the alternative roller coaster of events that would have to take place.

You think it's more likely that State loses to Vandy than UGA beat Auburn and Auburn beat Bama?

I think both have a very low chance of happening. If you give UGA a 40% chance to win and then AU a 25% chance to win in T-town, you get a 10% chance of both occurring. I would have a hard time saying any team has less than a 10% chance to win any single game, but then again, holy shite Vandy is bad.

The Aub/UGA game is in Athens. I give Georgia much more than a 40% chance of winning.

It is starting to look somewhat realistic. Every piece of the puzzle worries me, but the one that I see less probable is Auburn beating bama at home.

Auburn gifted State with a couple of turnovers and 14 free pts, otherwise they beat State. So Auburn is pretty good. Rivalries are always about throwing out the record books.

Not to be argumentative, but Auburn didn't gift us with any turnovers, all 4 were forced. One was a stripped ball, one we damn near knocked a guy unconscious, and the other two we knocked the ball out of the QB's hands.

In fact, we gave them turnovers, if you want to really be technical. All 4 of our turnovers were unforced. Two bad decisions by Dak, a muffed punt reception, and a fake punt where our punter threw an INT.

In every discussion ever, the winning team forced turnovers and the losing team gave the ball away.

On Williams fumble he just dropped it. The others were forced.

I somehow remember Auburn's 1st two plays from scrimmage being turnovers.
