Completely Lost. What Would You Do?

So, it is completely silly to even post this, but I'm curious what some of you think in this situation.
So, I have been going to college at SBU, a private university with only one year left, and I've been a overnight support manager here at the Walmart in town. I've been told I'm a great manager, and I work my arse off putting in 15 to 16 hour days which is hindering my school effort. I've had the job twice now, the first time I left Wal-Mart and chose school over this position I have now. However, this time, work is a way higher priority because I know I could easily move up in time. I need to get on day management to see how the sales floor works since on night, I'm more back room and it would go a long way when I become a salaried member of management.
Now the real story, I have a class next semester that takes about 40 hours a week of your dedicated time to make it. Meaning, I'll be working a 50 hour week and having one class take up another 40. This is no joke. We have to turn in a 150+ page "audit" every few weeks. This semester, I have been told yesterday that two of my professors are going to fail me cause I have missed four class sessions(overslept, I work overnights until 9 in the morning) and you're only allowed to miss three.
Basically, I have come to the conclusion that it is best for me to step away from school for now because I can easily move forward right now without a degree. If I went ahead and got my degree, I wouldn't actually have it because I would have to do a shite ton of community service because of missed chapel credits anyways(talking about a few hundred hours) because of the time it starts(10:30) and I try to get a little nap in before my classes.
What do you guys think I should do? I could become a shift manager and make upwards of 75,000 a year as a Co and not have my degree(not needed) or should I just buck up and somehow deal with all the bullshite of school and risk having to give up my job and risk not getting in management through Wal-Mart again?

I would never tell someone to drop school. You never know what kind of bullshite you'll deal with later -- it could be with a shitty boss who's out for your job. I have a student here who has been working for Bimbo (a bread company based in Mexico City) for 30 years and just recently, nearly got submarined by a superior (who just transferred to Bimbo from another company and who has only worked for them for two years) and lost his job.
Stay in school, nut up as best you can and do what you must, that's my advice.

What major are you?
If you're getting a really great degree, I'm sure management will understand. Plus, no matter what, it's still just Wal-Mart.
If it's some bull shite major like art or philosophy, stay on with the company.

Here's the thing: what happens if Walmart decides to frick you over? What becomes of your life with no degree? Are other companies even going to sniff you with no degree? Will your manager experience be enough? Even if you do land another job, will you really be able to climb the ranks at other companies with no degree?
Answer these questions and you will know better about what you should do.

I personally would stick to school, but that's just me. I couldn't handle managing for a company that treats labor as a cost driver, forcing the managers to always operate in strict numbers to workforce parameters. It'd be a reliable career, but at what stress levels for you?

a very good job no matter what the walmarks haters say.

My major is business management and my GPA isn't something to grab write home about anyways. Being just a year away, I could always transfer out to another college if Wal-Mart doesn't work for me in the end.
But, I love what I do. Physical labor is where it is at for me, and through Wal-Mart I get to manage and put in hard work.
It's a rough decision.

Keep in mind, if I stepped down at Wal-Mart again for my schooling, I will have ran out of chances. I already stepped down once and made the decision to move back up.

Transfer to another Walmart and school if it's a possibility.

Being a salaried member of management, I don't see how school is a option though.

Keep the job. Finish your degree on a part-time basis at some place that doesn't have such idiotic requirements. My $0.02.

job experience > shitty piece of paper stating you wasted 4 (or more) years of your life. you can always finish a degree online or part time. it might not be from the same school, but seriously we're not talking about prestigious schools where a name matters.

Certainly not as a full-time student, but if you only have a year or so left, finish up on a part-time basis at Missouri State.

This would be my advice as well.
Also have a conversation with your academic advisor and share this information with him. They may be able to devise some alternatives for you.

I abhor Walmarks, but I agree with the previous posters that said keep the job and work to finish your degree part time. If you do that, at least you'll eventually have the degree to fall back on if Walmarks doesn't work out down the road.

Yeah, if you love it, you've answered your own question. Stick with it, have Walmart pay for your part-time school.
