I'm still mad- what should I do?

Losing always sucks, but these losses to Alabama hurt more than the others. Losing to MSU and Auburn was fine because we usually beat them. Previous years, losses to OM and Arky have just been annoying because we're always the better team and they play us very well. If A&M ever beats us (lol probs not), that will fall into the Arky/OM loss category
But frick losing to Bama. I hate it. It's from a deep respect for your program. They own us, especially as of late, and they are our biggest threat in terms of competing for the conference/national titles and recruits. May not be a rivalry, but it is our bggest game every year. Hurts so much more to lose to them than anyone else.
Bama- I hate you with every bone in my body, but god damnit if I don't respect you.
So where do I go from here? TIA for advice.
