Because Bama fans have a superiority complex.
"4 in a row" "Soul crushing" "Made their arse quit" "21-0"
It's not enough that Bama wins for them they have to make LSU fans feel bad about losing in order for them to be happy and enjoy their win.

The shite talking is only part of it. I think that there are a lot of LSU fans that are very thin skinned. I'm not sure why that is. The combination of those things makes it much more enjoyable to watch the tears flow.

Yes. Ya'll have a great team nearly every year but the talking/bold predictions/ending dreams/etc,etc gets old.

I think the hint of Tony Chachere is what really gives it its kick.

They are sweet because you are always so persistent that we will be the one crying.

Yes how dare LSU fans think that they can compete with the mighty unstoppable Bama. It's not like the games between the two teams are ever close. How dare LSU fans think they have a chance!
As I said superiority complex.

It's not really a complex when we know we are superior.

From my point of view, it is due less to the shite talking than LSU always, always, always deflecting.
Errrbody shite talks here in a way they never would in person. But some (I won't say a majority of) LSU fans have to blame the officiating, and that seems directed more at undermining any good feeling Tide fans might have about winning the game than the way most fans react to a loss.
Do we have fans that deflect when we lose? Not a one!
It just seems more prevalent with some of the LSU posters here.

Original poster is a damn crackpot and an obvious bama fan, but I'll play along. It's the anxiety that bama fans feel when they have a real game on their hands. Last night would've been game over if LSU pushes that ball across the goal line with less than a minute left. A touchdown would've been too much to ask out of Sims with the way he was playing. Officials made sure that didn't happen tho. But Sims was fantastic. I always thought that guy could win a bunch of games if given the opportunity. He confirmed that last night.

Day before the game: "LF is going to rape you guys."
Day after: "I told you we would compete."
