Let's say AU is playing ATM at home, and the refs missing a flagrant holding call that eventually leads to an AU FG.

Do the powers-that-be review tape and penalize these retards in some way? Are they written up? Do they get their pay docked?

What's the process?

I know Marc Curles crew got suspended in 09 after the UF-Arkansas game after this personal foul call that put UF in position for the winning FG among other bad calls. That was after the bullshite celebration penalty on AJ in the LSU game.

They don't really shed any light on the process though. Have to protect the ref's privacy and feelings and all. Making it more public is only for players that make mistakes

I know for sure they can be suspended/held out of future games. Not sure about docked pay.

When a ref is determined to be sub-par, biased or uninformed of the rules, they are just assigned to UGA games.
