"OXFORD, Miss. - University of Mississippi Chancellor Dan Jones has been diagnosed with lymphoma following several days of tests this week at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. Chemotherapy begins this afternoon and will continue intermittently for several months.

Prayers to him. I may not be a fan of him as a Chancellor but he's a very kind and gentle man. The world needs more men like Dan Jones.

Same here don't like him but hate to see anyone come down with that crap. Hope he gets well soon.

I was able to work with Dr. Jones a decent amount in college. He's a really good, genuine guy. I hope he gets better and soon.
