Eric Reid ripping the ball from that TE in the endzone and me running up and down the aisles telling the Bama crowd to get loud bc they were now on defense was a top 10 moment of my life

I don't see why. Both programs have been good, with Alabama being the best in the country, but the facts don't lie.

Looks like the two best programs in the SEC/Country.... I don't think any LSU fan will act like they have had a better run than Bama. However, compare LSU's numbers to any other team and they are very solid.

Nothing at all.

It was a monumental moment for the SEC and CFB when we got both teams in the BCSNCG. It was also the last great SEC game before the latest expansion.

I'd argue that Oregon or Florida State has been better than LSU since the original game. Another argument could be made for Stanford, but they've tapered off significantly this season.

None of that has any bearing on what will happen Saturday.

Oregon couldn't win the big one if it was handed to them on a silver platter

They've only had one opportunity to play in the big one.
