No doubt Saban and his defense can cripple the best offenses. We've all seen it during his years at LSU and Bama. I'm not sold on Lsu passing attack which Saban is licking his chops. But then, this is Lsu, not Boise State. And Les Miles ain't no dummy.

Lsu has top 10 recruiting classes too and they aren't intimidated one bit about Bama. The pudding is on defense, which Lsu has. While I'm a Msu fan, I do know about a rivalry between two other programs. Lsu has a nasty defense when they are on. They will be on vs Bama. However, Lsu can't run the ball down Alabama's throat if they want to win. That's why I am convinced Miles will have a balance along with a trick or two to keep Bama out of sync.

Les Miles is often times his worse vs games he should win big, but at his best vs teams with these implications. I for one think highly of Miles both in character and his ability to shock people in big games. History has proven itself. I have no idea of the outcome of this game but if I am a Bama fan, you best get worried and stop thinking the game is already won.

Too much effort for a less than subtle troll.

Im just wondering if UT-Martin is half as good as UAB. Does MSU start 1b on both sides of the ball or just defense.

That's cute, appreciate the effort. Bottom line, we won. Or did wins go out the window?

No doubt we seem to play to our level of competition, but we still won, right?

You got LSU on the road, MSU at home which I give you the best shot, then Auburn? You gonna come out of that alive?

I have only seen threads about why LSU is going to win. We layin' low.

Les Miles used to call a lot of trick plays early in his career at LSU, but he really doesn't gamble as much as he used to. Starting around the 2011 he calls games fairly conservatively. I can't remember the plays in 2012 as well, but in both 2011 season games and in last year's games he played conservatively.

Im actually worried about Western Carolina the most. Since we play down to our competition and all.

The sec has long been out of reach with MSU running things now.

Yeah well don't worry, Msu will likely have a loss or two before all said and done. Thus the Sec west. But Bama might be no different.

I'm a realist. On the road @Alabama and @Ole Miss is brutal. We finish no less than 10-2 but if that happens, we are only in a big bowl game. If we find a way to win 11, we might just be in the playoff

Don't worry OP, all of our players are focussed on LSU even if our fans are thinking cow bells. Since I'm going to the game I am looking forward to the shitty hospitality I usually receive from the LSU faithful. But that's just fun to me.

I agree, I know Lsu fans, but regardless, they ain't giving up a win. They might lose, but they ain't gonna make life fun in Tiger Stadium. More power to ya

Should be a HUGE factor. Never mind the fact that Alabama has owned that place since forever.

Where in the hell are you getting that from? You think we don't respect LSU and know that it will be tough to win at their place Saturday night? Honestly right now with the way they have played since the Auburn game I'm more worried about stopping them than I am the Dak attack. Truth.

All Bama fans should be concerned with this game.

LSU has always played Saban lead Bama teams tough, and I'm not expecting anything less this weekend. This Bama team just started playing with emotional excitement during that Texas A&M game. Not total sure to what, but something changed after that Arkansas game. Hopefully Bama channels that positive energy found because that's what's needed to get Bama over-the-hump verses LSU. Sure wouldn't hurt.....

It's going to be a helluva game as usual. Always my favorite game of the year.
