Obviously in the modern era the rivalry is more intense. It's like LSU and Ole Miss. Tiger Fans would tell you Auburn and possibly Florida are rated higher but on a 60 year timeline Ole Miss is LSUs #2 Rival behind only Bama.

I think the whole Saban factor has LSU and Bama at a 9 possibly higher.

Right now....with the fan bases on this board I'd give it a 10 but the perception nationally? 6-8.

The hatred is all one-sided. Outside of this week Bama fans could care less about LSU....they have never been important until the last couple of years. Auburn and UT are what matters to Bama.

I might give it a 7 or 8 but this post is accurate in that AU and UT are by far more important to the Bama fan base.

For me: 5 or 6

Tennessee and Auburn are 9 & 10 respectively, until Tennessee improves.

For LSU:

1) Florida/Bama (depends on the year)
2) Auburn
3) Ole Miss
4) Aggie
5) Arky
6) State
