Will Sumlin go the way of Chizik?

Gene chizik came to auburn , had a few moderately successful seasons, then he caught lightning in a bottle with cam. They had a great year, then it became clear that there were deeper issues, he went 8-5, then 3-8, and was fired 2 years after winning a National Championship.

Kevin Sumlin had moderate success pre-JFF. Caught lightning in a bottle with a transcendent collegiate star in JFF, and still couldn't win his division. Now it is appearing there might be some deeper issues there too.

In addition to that, LSU, Bama, and ole miss will likely be better next year then they are this year. State and Aub will likely take a step back but still be really good.

I'm not sure A & M will fare any better next year than they have this year.

I actually think he is a pretty good coach, but I am starting to doubt he will be able to maintain a high level of success at A & m. And I doubt he will ever win the West.

I suspect that in 2-3 years, A&M will be looking for a new coach. Am I crazy?
