Dogs can live their entire lives just eating one kind of food. Dog Food. Those little nuggets contain all the nutrients they need. Kind of ridiculous when you think about it. If there was a human version of that, just one food that you had to eat for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I would post a picture but when I googled "Human Food" everything was related to cannibalism.

Porridge

Or gruel, cereal, etc. Just basic grain boiled with water. The staple of the ancient world and peasants throughout history to the present day

ETA: not what I would prefer though

real talk. I think you have to blend up a lot of different types of food and bake it.

Like what would it be that contained everything nutrients wise? Or what could I stand to eat every day? If it was what I could handle eating everyday, then grilled cheese sammiches.

I think almost everyone missed the actual question here. Not what one food would you like to eat for the rest of your life, what food would provide you the ability to healthily live off it for the rest of your life, like dog food does for dogs.

If we're talking something I could eat everyday and not tire of it, it would be spaghetti. If we're talking the other, then my answer is oatmeal.

Btw, in I college I once ate pizza for lunch for over 30 days straight.

Soylent is a real product now. It's basically protein shake with vitamins.

Soylent

Guy lives on Soylent for one month, and hates every minute of it.
