Hmmmm... Bama struggled against Arky as well, so I would not go that far.

State has definitely not looked good the last 2. They may have peaked too early. But maybe these close games are what they needed to refocus. Time will tell.

problem is bama has to deal with LSU before they face the grind. The LSU effect will hurt them

I would too right now...too bad they dont play right now. the reality that MSU gets a cupcake & Bama gets LSU at home the week before might soften that some. Bama/MSU is gonna be a war. looking forward to watching it fo realz.

On the road. State didn't look to hot against UK on the road and was lucky to play LSU at DV early according to LSU fans

however true that may be the point remains valid. LSU will be an exponentially more physical test than cupcake st that MSU faces.

I think Bama will likely win, but I would NOT bet the mortgage that Bama wins by more than 7.
