So it's stupid to melt over missed tackles and lack of fundamental D? I know you're trying to make the point that in that scenario the offense struggled, hence there should be a melt, but it's doubtful fans could singularly pinpoint the issue on O on the fly (short of dropped passes/overthrows). Tonight, fans could see the individual displays of bad technique on D.
With that said, I am greatful for the W and I hope Treadwell makes a full recovery.

And our offense just lit up the best scoring defense in the conference. Totaled almost 4xs more points than they average.
So why is it we only focus on one part of the game?

Because it was terrible. What is their scoring offense ranking? Of course most fans will concentrate on the bad that happens during a close game.

I know this may sound weird, but those type wins are much more fun. Winning this game is more of a relief (given what's at stake) and the stress for uga game is already making my feet sweat.

Regardless, the tackling has to improve if AU wants to win out. Hopefully the coaches will encourage some hats on the numbers opposed to diving at the ankles.
