Between UGA and LSU, Bama, UF and Barn???
Not a meltdown question, a serious inquiry.
2007, unlucky in 2002/3, 2012 etc.
Is it the "ethics" of the school? Fate? I don't get it

Admins that give a shite about athletics.

I see only one constant in each of those years you referenced ... know what it is?

We all know it's coaching.
But...the Disney Dawgs will continue to blame other reasons...

It's coaching,,,and perhaps depth at certain positions....for instance...if we had a QB this year...fill in the blank?

This as well ... but wouldn't you lay that at the feet of the coaches? So we are back to the one constant ... coaching. At least at the HC position.

Yeah, I wrestle with this a little. I'm glad my coach isn't urban Meyer, but jeez. Isn't there a middle ground?

What, exactly, would a coaching change fix with depth?
We had arguably the deepest RB corps in the nation to start the season. Two injuries and a suspension later and we have no real depth.
Same could be said last year about our WRs before injuries.

That's my point. These things seem to happen to uga every year but not to the other schools EVERY year.

Again I say, we're spoiled by having a good team in the SEC. Fans feel entitled to a win since our neighbors have them.

You're right. I should not expect UGA to win at all...that'll actually make my Saturdays a lot better.
Some of the Disney logic here is crazy.

Uga isn't vandy or UK or the Mississippi schools. They have the revenue of the teams that have won it all - some more than once. Uga hasn't even played for it all.
Why is it a spoiled mentality to want equal performance to our peers? UF wasn't shite before Spurrier and they've done a consistent job since then on average.
Uga puts a shite ton of players in the NFL yet never catches "the breaks".
Makes one wonder

The only difference between us and those schools is revenue. Had we been in the west the past ten years we would have 0 division titles
