And even then that stupid 3rd down gimmick is pretty worthless, Tennessee has not been a good 3rd down defensive team at home since the Utah State game

When we finish 8-5 after bowl season and are heading into next season ranked and preseason 2nd in the East you'll change your tune.

But I really don't know the distance on 3rd down. Pretty annoying when you try to ask how many yards they need.

Tennessee is better on 3rd down defensively in the SEC with the exception of the following teams:
LSU
Miss St
UGA
Hmm, oh yeah, I see now.. 2/3 of those still have to play Alabama. We were ranked much higher on 3rd down defense until.. we played Alabama and Blake Sims beat us with his legs.
