Could have had something to do with the fact that they were #3 and LSU was #23. Just a hunch

I understand your logic here but you are overlooking too many variables for it to be any where close to being a good analysis. I think it's going to be a great game. Hope both teams bring their A-game

I know you are right. Types of offensive and defensive schemes, individual match ups, home-field advantage, The psychological state of the players, and other intangibles all contribute to the outcome of the game. I was just breaking it down to my base perspective.
