can't see Da COBRA opening it up again only to have Kenny Hill maintaining his position as starter.
if Allen wins it, good chance Hill transfers with Murray coming in next year, no?

Likely someone will transfer but this is a good problem to have as problems go. I'd rather be worrying about this than trying to find a player somewhere on campus.

summy needs to start running the ball again.

I'm a fan of Old Man Football. Always have been, since I'm older. Way fewer variables and easier to not spit the bit. We've scorned the run game and I just don't know why.
I grudgingly admire what Bert is doing at Arkansas, and I'm not referring to him singlehandedly being responsible of bankrupting the areas Golden Corral eateries.

If Hill were to lose the starting job, I think he has only 2 years of eligibility left, and he'd have to sit out a year. He's supposedly a very good baseball player, so I think there is a good chance that he'd opt to play baseball rather than transfer.
Honestly, I'd be surprised if there was a clear cut winner. I can easily see it playing out so that both believe they are ultimately going to win a job.

Predictably in today's college FB world, I suspect one who doesn't play will transfer. Especially with Murray coming. However, if Murray decommits we are in trouble.

I agree. Our line is probably the biggest problem with that though, I'm not convinced they can run block well enough against the best fronts in the SEC. Even if they were excellent though I'm not convinced we would commit to the run
