The Rant will always perceive Alabama as melting, regardless of the team's performance. So goes the burden of a dynasty.

It's a tie between LSU Grind-out and the week one SEC SchwAggieship.

There is your winner. They were like 5th graders asking their mom to bring them to McDonalds after school and she brings them home to a table full of meatloaf.

I will say the grind vs LSU was a well played week.

And it ended up a Hail Mary at the end

Fantastic stuff.

Rooting for MSU

The selection committee let it be known that they care more about quality wins than name.

It's got to be the group of LSU fans that melted at Ole Miss still being in the first playoff rankings, then telling Ole Miss fans they were melting. The logic of that is too advanced for my tiny Ole Miss mind so it's been a fun ride.

This, it was definitely not handled by rebels on tRant well.

Runner-up's would be: Vols trolling themselves by believing they were back after beating Utah State. A&M's total implosion.

Only rant related but most pig fans being good sports and honoring their ban bet ended up backfiring because we are left with Stonehog to talk to.

The aTm non - grind would not have been possible without the original grind. That was a thing of beauty.

34-29
41-7

Not sure which I would pick. Both strong candidates.

Looking into the fishbowl, I saw LSU thinking they weren't gonna do much, then know they weren't gonna do much, to now thinking the SEC title.

MSU from starting with grind, to louder grind

Tennessee was back, then they proved it, then they didn't

Bama Bama'd, just did it early enough, and they know it

Ole Miss did the Grove, went hard in the beginning, and now is getting groggy

Georgia went from alive and kicking, to dead in the water, to a zombie preying on folks
