Did you ever happen to pull up an AU related thread after LSU beats them? Annoying wouldn't describe it.

Wtf? The OP explicitly asked what happened against Auburn. Answering the question isn't making excuses for losing. Everyone owns that loss. Y'all are dumb.

So coming up with a reason for the loss is not an excuse?

Thanks for proving the point.

So, in your mind, a reason=excuse?

Our offensive line was inconsistent at the beginning of the year.
They are solid teams, and subpar play isn't going to get the job done.

Also out Defense has improved since then. The switch at MLB has yielded almost immediate results.

The MLB is so important in our defensive system, and the guy we were playing early one was subpar.

So LSU fans get to use this line, but AU couldn't in regards to Marshall last year?

A lot of Tiger fans didn't want to admit it, but timing had everything to do with the win last year. But that's still part of the game.

Yes, and it appears LSU fans think likewise.

Many of these guys were sitting the bench or playing high school ball last year. Playing in 3 SEC games makes a big difference when you have no experience at that level.

No they didn't. Maybe sensible fans did, which there are few on here.

The Auburn team we played wasn't on the same planet as the one in the SECCG. Any idiot could see that. Just trash talk and bluster.

LSU is young, but they have not matured from a bad team to a good team in 21 days. The difference between LSU vs AU/MSU compared to OM, is matchups. MSU and AU had QB/RBs that pressured LSUs front 7, Ole Miss does not have a running game. MSU/AUs running game opened up their passing game. Both teams would do the same today , if there was a rematch.

Got manhandled on both lines of scrimmage. Things likely haven't changed as much as some LSU fans on here would like to believe. Ole Miss was just the perfect matchup for them.

Ole Miss cant run the ball on offense. Perfect match up for a LSU defense that struggles to stop the run. Ole Miss also has a smallish front 7 on defense. Another perfect matchup for an LSU offense whose biggest strength is their power running game

We'll see. Auburn is still the better team right now, but I think LSU and Bama will be the two best teams in the West by the end of the season.

Our game against LSU wasn't a blowout, we only won by 5, but it was a complete domination.

LSU was never a "bad team."

Auburn and MSU were just better than us... and they're both top 3 teams.

Sounds like what the FSU Fans use to brag about in the 90s.

There has been massive improvement on the offensive line. Passing game is still bad, but the team has improved.
