How do you think Jim Tressel would do in the SEC?

I work with a guy that is a huge Florida Gator fan and he said that he would like to see them hire JT if WM gets fired. Would you want him coaching your team?
I know that he is a proven winner but he also brings a lot of baggage.

Or you read the UF board.
Probably that.

I'd take tressel in a heartbeat. Wonder if Michigan will give him a look.

That would breathe new life in that rivalry and into the big 10 in general imo

Dude, it sounds like a Soap Opera.

He is under show cause through December 2016. He won't coach again.

He'd sweat to death wearing that sweater vest down South.

I believe he would be suspended for the first 5 games of next years season and not able to coach any championship/bowl game. That's not bad at all. As a Gator fan, he's top on the list for me. I can't think of too many existing coaches with his pedigree.

You would seriously trade CUM for Tressel?!?!?

He might have more losses in the SEC than CWM does. He's better suited for the Midwest.

He cannot coach a game until 2017. Even then he's suspended for the first two games.

I actually think he'd be a solid coach. Probably have similar success to Les Miles. So, not really many amazing seasons, but 3 losses or fewer per year on average.

With his cheating knowledge and Auburn's combined......we could see a new Dynasty emerge in western Georgia.
