Seriously, why the early rankings. The committee will put who they want in it, and it will include 1 SEC team.
They know they get the props from the Southern idiots with this initial poll, knowing that two of the three SEC teams will have additional losses and they can just bump em on out. Making way for Mich St, Oregon, TCU, and NDs of the world.
Don't fall for it, it is a trap.
LSU is behind Oklahoma, with two losses to the panels 'top 4'

I had the same thought, if our "loses" were to top 4 teams and we beat a top four team why are we so low?

cause you have 2 loses. And they have stated that a teams record plays a HUGE part. That all Power 5 undefeateds will be above all P5 1 loss and all P5 1 loss will be above all P5 2 loss

Oklahoma lost close games to 2 top 10 teams.
LSU got blown out by two top 4 teams.
They are 1 spot apart.

Dominated in both losses would be my guess. LSU will have a shot to prove they're revived in coming weeks.

Oh, I am fighting for the whole conference. The committee is playing chess and the SEC fanbases celebrating this like it is some victory are playing checkers.
If they put some of the weak arse schools in there and they win out, they are stuck with them or they have to alter the rankings in the last weeks. They put the known strongest teams out front knowing they will cannibalize each other. Politically they are in perfect position.
