If Shepherd is our LT he's gonna need help. Brandon Greene can do that from his TE spot, assuming he gets the chance.

I don't think they are anywhere near done deciding, we'll probably see days with Brown and Hill at LT as well. Greene and Fowler are seeing more and more time inline regardless(thank god), even when Robinson was on the field.

Hill is probably the best talent on paper, but he's also coming back from a bout of mono and was considering out of HS to be lacking technique. It'd be his first ever start as well, tall task to debut against LSU.

I think it'll either be Brown or Shepherd due to their experience, but start running through that depth if/when things go south.

Shep could be very effective with dedicated help. Vogler is hurt and OJ needs work as a blocker.

I've come off the ledge so to speak in regards to Shep being our LT, but he's too slow footed to take on the LSU DEs on his own.

I imagine they'll try a few different combos during the off week. Hopefully this doesn't stick.

I bet Fowler gets double-duty as a blocker next weekend.

LSU has shown their biggest weakness is against the run. Ole Miss has no real run game. Florida has no real run game. Kentucky has no real run game. State and Wisconsin both let their foot off the pedal, and we all saw what Auburn did to them on the ground. The key to beating LSU is getting the run game going early. I bet they're trying different looks to implement more zone-read attacks like they showed against A&M and Tennessee. But for the love of God, if they try a jet sweep again I'll fricking lose it.

Brandon Greene took over for Dakota Ball last week and he looked impressive; has ideal size and seems to understand the scheme. Greene needs to be involved whether its as an OT or helping out the LT. The Dakota Ball experiment needs to be over; not sure what he really brought to the table.

Shep has been getting worked in pass pro from the right side, so I'm doubtful that he would be a solution at LT. But Dom Jackson would be a disaster at LT.

It seems like moving Brown to LT is the best out of the not so awesome choices.

Probably also trying to get multiple people ready to go at LT in case something happens to whoever starts out replacing Cam or they just don't work out.
