Death Valley at night...blah blah blah..yadda yadda...
now that's out of the way.

They are on an emotional high both team (probably, hopefully) and fans by ruining OM's season (even though they can still win out), when Lsu is supposed to be down this year.

On the other hand, a lot of Bama fans and team(probably, hopefully) are not quite ecstatic about the previous week against UT...and will try to bring the grit again like texas a&m after a not so good performance against Ark.

There probably isn't anyone on the sideline who doesn't want to embarrass LSU... A team who lost to Auburn 41-7 and needed a late score to beat a bad UF team will not come close to beating Alabama, sorry.

Bama will lead 32-14, when the Tigers head for the exits heading to the 4th qtr.

eta:awww shite frick this bye week

I think Bama is going to have to grind out a win against LSU. LSU's pass defense is good so I think Alabama is going to have to run the ball more in this game. Yeldon and Henry are going to need to bring it. The reshuffled offensive line worries me a bit on the road.

This looks like a lower scoring game within 10 points to me.

I don't think it's very smart for either side to be super confident in a win. There are good reasons to favor either team, LSU is clearly a much better team than they were earlier in the year. Bama is improving as well. It should be a great game and an electric atmosphere.

Bring in Greene at TE, and use plenty of play action with OJ lined up at wr (and Cooper of course). Run Derrick Henry until he passes out.

I think we have a better team than LSU and they have a lot of QB issues, but whoever thinks we run away from them in this game is very mistaken. This will be another 60 minute affair. There D is young but very talented and emotion alone will keep them in it till the 4th quarter and the fact that we have won the last 3 meetings will make them hungry for revenge. Not to mention our offensive communication issues will be very tested in that stadium and our Special teams have left something to be desired. It will take a total team victory to win this one.

very simple, dont turn the ball over and we will win. Same as with any of these teams. if we dont turn the ball over against ole miss we win by 10-14. if we dont turn the ball over against TN we win by 21+.

Very worried about this game without Cam, given he's out at least 4 weeks. This game is always LSU's superbowl, so they will be up and we are banged up. Even with a bye week I'm worried.....

This will be a tight, hard hitting one like they always are (with the exception of 2013 and 21-0). I expect a 20-17 type game.

I'll say it.

I don't think we do win. Alabama is a different team on the road.

I think LSU could start me at quarterback and it still would be a grind it out, no more than ten points game. 2013 and the BCSNCG were anomalies in this series since CNS has been coach and even those were close until the fourth quarter.

Add in our injuries and it makes the game much closer.

I do think it is to our advantage that LSU won the Ole Miss game, both in the standings and for psychological reasons. Being from the New Orleans, I have gotten to watch Miles a lot over the last 9 years, and if there is one thing I have learned, he is a coach that struggles to correct mistakes until it is too late. They are also a fan base that overly pats it's team on the back for a good game and has trouble focusing on the negatives of a victory. 2 weeks of hearing that was one of the greatest victorys in the history might be just what we need and the fact that we really struggled in for about half the game against Tennessee could be just what our coaches need to help us focus for next week!

I am not calling for a blowout. I haven't seen this team play a complete game on the road. I was also surprised to see UT run the ball pretty well with a shitty offensive line.

I think Bama wins, but I expect a physical, low scoring game.

We're so bipolar on the road. Need to bring the A game in ALL aspects to get out of BR with a win. LSU is no slouch, they always give us their best.
