is looking better and better each week. I've said it before, but I hated that our AD scheduled us to travel to Manhattan on a Thursday this year. Why? It was supposed to be a lose/lose type game. But it worked out pretty well for us. Just one of those things I guess. Better than West Virginia/Bama and LSU/Wisconsin so far.

It is, at this point, a better win than West Virginia but that WVU game for Alabama looks better than anybody ever thought it would.

No point in even speculating at this point. We'll know on Nov. 20 which is a better win. And that game is in Morgantown.

KSU beat Oklahoma by 1, WVU lost to Oklahoma by 12

KSU beat Texas Tech by 32, WVU beat TTU by 3

I agree, but the OP did it so I just played along. I'm just glad WVU has turned out to be so much better than we thought they'd be. It ended up being a very nice OOC win for us.

Kansas State > West Virginia...easily. Kansas State would have beaten Alabama too.

And now you ruin a half-decent thread almost immediately.

I was bombarded by Alabama fans from the get-go. It was inevitable so I saved everyone the trouble.

If it weren't for that one loss on the schedule thus far, where would KSU be ranked? That loss came against a better team in a better game. This wasn't a "slam Alabama" thread by the way. Not everything is about you.

Get all the butthurt out Barners...you have an ELIMINATION game this week on the road in Oxford and all you worry about is Bama.

There is a good chance this week ends all the whining about Bama being ranked ahead of us threads.

It's looking better and better for both teams.

K-State is the only Big 12 team with no conference losses. If they can somehow run the table, their only loss is to Auburn (who still has a good shot at the SEC West crown and an above average shot at a playoff spot in any event).

That may be enough to get them consideration for one of the four spots. It may also give Auburn an outside shot at a playoff spot if they don't win the SEC.

Be nice to see KSU-WVU be a defacto Big XII title game. Full day of nothing but "the two teams that lost to Alabama and Auburn".

I agree. That was what I was shooting for in this thread to begin with...not a "slam Bama" thread at all. Both wins were good looking back.
