Ok since the scheduling for yesterday's games went full retard and I missed most of OM-LSU can someone give a quick recap?

What was with the lack of points? Good D? Mistakes on offense?

Did either team do anything new this game?

Thanks in advance

both defenses played damn good football.

Both offenses struggled.

LSU's defense played unbelievable especially with the good field position Ole Miss had the whole game.

Lsu pretty much dominated, but had 4 turnovers which kept Ole Miss in it.

Mistakes on offense.

Take LSU's away and they beat OM 27-7.

Our o-line played a great game, especially in the second half, when OM kept bringing in fresh bodies on the d-line to wear down our guys. It worked to an extent, but our last drive was ... unstoppable.

Time and time again LSU handed Ole Miss the game but luckily Bad Bo showed up last night.

LSU controlled the game by pounding the rock. Both scoring drives were 10+ plays that took like 7-8 minutes each.

We had two other long drives make it inside the 10 but came away with 0 point (fumble, missed FG). Jennings threw two bad picks and Magee also coughed up a fumble when we were moving the ball.

Ole Miss never established a rhythm on offense, outside of their TD drive. Chavis blitzed them the entire game and Bo was rattled. He had 1 pick at the end to seal it but we dropped 3 other picks.

LSU Defense... great! A unit that has really transformed itself over the last few weeks

LSU Running game...great! (250+ yards rushing)

LSU Time of possession....great! (36-24)

OleMissmanagement at the end (partly on Bo, partly on Hugh).

Bo Wallace had a pretty bad day overall...only one pick, but looked uncomfortable/rattled the entire game...could've easily been 3-4 picks

LSU -3 in turnover margin and STILL won the ballgame....just shows you how well LSU played besides the turnovers In this game...hell we even had a missed FG as well. This could have easily been a 20-7 or so LSU win, but I'll take the W!

LSU dominated the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball most of the night.

An inadvertent whistle then an obvious PI that wasn't called in the red zone cost LSU 7. Then, LSU missed the field goal.

LSU should have been up by a couple of scores at the half but was behind instead. LF was running at will against the Black Bears in the first half.

LSU secondary played great but dropped a couple of easy interceptions.

Ole Miss had the better night on special teams. They gave LSU a long field pretty much the entire game.

Bo was getting shutdown on the ground and through the air. He got pissed and lost his shite. Jamal Adams did another flop when Bo charged him on the sideline and drew an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty. A true freshman baited the Rebels' leader.

The LSU defense was better than the Ole Miss defense which was touted as the best in the NCAA before this game.

LSU is still limited in the passing game, but a few new throws to the HBs added a little. The running game was excellent. The offense is improving, not as quickly as the defense, but improving.

Their turnovers kept Ole Miss in it.

Seems LSU has turned a corner. Glad Les got a win after his mom's death.

Looking forward to LSU-Bama game this season for sure.

LSU is much more physical than it was a few weeks ago. Bama will be facing a completely different beast than what you saw against MSU and Auburn.

LSU missed a 28 yard FG one drive and fumbled on the OM 2 in another. Both in the first quarter. LSU also dropped at least two very easy INTs in the game, one in which OM scored their 7 on.

OMs Defense caused our 4 turnovers. No doubt. But LSU had several chances to extend its lead and didn't do it.

That was the best LSUs defense played in a long time. Very aggressive and the problems we had in the middle of our defense early this year seem to be over with new improved and experienced personnel
