Reasons for late statement on Gurley?

Do you think they could already have/know Gurley's status and holding out to release the information sometime next week to build up hype and throw off UFag? Just like the past two weeks, statements on Gurley were released the Thursday/Friday before each game.

Richt MAY be withholding the reinstatement, but there isn't a big competitive advantage at all.

Probably holding off so their stupidity isn't a major topic on Gameday, etc.

No, not necessarily it could just mean my friend who asked me to join up asked me to throw this out.
I do prefer lurking more than mouthing, so I'm no threat to the attention feeders on here.

I'm friends with another member who keeps his puter on this link and feeds us info all the time from his office like most of the typical college fruit cakes do while we run' the shop.
I'm a big Dawg fan, but I never have set foot in a college that I wasn't toting a tool bag.

I just assumed the delay in the reinstatement notice by the NCAA is so the news wouldn't detract from today's games.
