I know they're up now by 10, but it's infuriating seeing Oregon #6.

They lost after we did and jumped us a week later while we sat still for 2 weeks of wins and losses in front of us. I don't know what win they have SINCE the loss that looks better than any of the wins we have. They lost at home by 7 to an Arizona team that wentb out the next week and lost at home to USCw. We lost on the road by 3 to a team that makes our game their fricking Super Bowl EVERY year...makes no sense to me.

We lost to a bad SCe team. Own it.

We did. I do own it. I don't think its any worse than their loss considering the circumstances.

even if the losses are equal (debatable), their win over MSU looks better than any of ours at this point in the season. If we beat AU and UO is still above us we'll have a legitimate gripe.

And what circumstances? That SCe really wants to beat us? Can say the same for Zona and UO. The only diff is that UO lost at home. Which does count for something I suppose but again I point to the win over MSU which I think is driving their higher ranking.

The losses probably aren't completely equal. Their loss is probably a little better. That doesn't cover the fact that they lost later, jumped us a week later and then jumped another 3 spots the next week while we moved up 1 spot in 4 weeks after 2 dominating road wins against conference opponents. I don't think their win against MSU is as good as it looked at the time and the UCLA and Washington wins look worse every day.

Also, I have no idea how we would do head to head with Oregon. Maybe they run us out of the stadium. Maybe they have no way to stop our running game and we hold the ball for 40 minutes. Either outcome is possible.

All I am saying is that considering the losses and their timing, they appear to being treated favorably in the rankings as opposed to us.
