So are you a Kentucky fan, or another fan that's displaced?

I can't honestly remember you having the same fan picture beside your name for longer than a couple weeks.

I am an SEC rolling stone.

Family in pretty much all the SEC states and I have lived in about 1/3 of them. Friends and family have attended or played for pretty much all of them. My roots tho are all southern and the south is my favorite place to live, hands down.

My great grandparents were from down in southern Mississippi by the De Soto National Forest. I like State fans because I have never met one in real life that was less than a lady or gentleman. Not in the sense of society manners, but just in the way of old fashioned southern manners. State people are good people as my great grandmother used to say (she said the same about folks in western KY). My grandfather and a big chunk of in laws are from Mobile and lots of cousins and childhood friends in Louisiana.

As for my avatar, it started as foods from each of the local SEC cities then they went to where you could only use approved photo sites. First avatar was a picture of Cheese Grits which I can eat pretty much 24 / 7 / 365. I love breakfast best - tho I consider catfish as breakfast acceptable - as it involves grits, bacon, eggs, gravy, and other delicious foods.

As for my icon, I usually support the underdog or the team I want to win when the SEC is on the national stage. When State was in the CWS, I was sporting the State icon. Sometimes I switch my icon when I think someone will upset the favorite or when SEC team is playing a B1G school. I sported the Mizzou icon going into that Indiana game and that just went so bad.

If SEC Rant had and SEC logo option that would be my first choice. Usually my second choice was the USA flag but in the past year lots of other folks have been using it as well.

What part of South Mississippi? I'm a Perry County boy, left here long enough to see the world in the Navy for 8 years, but wound back up in God's country.

Close, I grew up in Beaumont, now live in Runnelstown. That pretty much covers Perry Co.

If you are in Perry County you are not far away county wise. My great uncle passed away a few years ago and his kids may still have the family property. Since we all share a common name not wanting to broadcast it on a public board.

As you know, not like huge populations down there to blend in with if you know an exact location it is pretty easy to narrow it down.
