Fake boobs in general are a turn off unless they are very well executed by a skilled surgeon. If I can tell they are fake it conjures images of an inflatable doll. I much prefer them on the small side than to be able to see the edge of a piece of plastic through the skin.

I've known several people (one of my students also) who have gotten implants but they're pretty accurate for their body type and impossible to determine.
But when the girl can't run because she'll throw her back out, it just gets unattractive.
