UGA has a 42% chance to win the SEC. This based on ESPN's Football Power Index, completely computer driven: LINK

From an ESPN Insider article about it:

quote:

FPI projects that Georgia has an 87 percent chance to win the SEC East; no team from the SEC West has more than a 50 percent chance to win its division. Put together their high chance of making the SEC championship game with their reasonable chance to win that game -- 43 percent against every potential SEC West champion -- and FPI sees the Bulldogs as the most likely SEC champion.

So, you think statistics we're not first in in the SECCG thread is meaningless but this is thread-worthy.

Definitely more interesting than an article about how Gurley might or might not win the Heisman.

In other news, did you hear it might rain tomorrow...but it also might not.
