Hey man, I agree that stats aren't everything. But they are usually consistent with claims of a good offense/defense, etc.
What's the record have to do with this? You'll lose to Moo State and the Barners too. But by then, you'll be too disillusioned to come on the rant.

Alabama won a NC in 92 with an offense worse than Ole Miss.

That you guys have had close games where y'all need to pass/attack the endzone. We've been pretty consistent at getting an early lead and coasting.

That was one of the best college football D's of all time. Plus they had a good stable of rb's and David Palmer.

I know I'm late to this troll thread but on a serious note: This is the best Ole Miss team I have ever seen and I am 31 years old.

I don't know what's more pathetic, OM fans holding a 3 inch dick like a baseball bat and pissing on the last 4 fingers or LSU fans for actually thinking that this is more than just the equivalent of a blind squirrel finding a nut

We average 151 yrds per game, 3.85 yrds per attempt. while not amazing, its more than enough to beat pretty much everyone as long as you aren't giving the ball away with turnovers.
Our defense is very good at creating turnovers and just plain stopping people. We will be fine. Im not saying we are going undefeated, but the model we are using is working and has worked in the past with other teams.

I feel like LSU folks are basically kicking and screaming because I think they see their program falling. I don't thin it's that inconceivable to see a once "elite" tier program fall. Miami anyone?. So don't let their melt discourage you Ole Miss fans. As I said they are talking shite for possibly one of the last times because this program is not what it once was. GODSPEED LSU
