You cannot out statistic State fans. Derived logic from random stats is all we've had to cling to for years.

You merely adopted the stat book. We were born in it, molded by it.

Auburn fans are dreamers. After their 2 pure luck victories last year, they actually believed they were elite.
No elite SEC team loses to an ACC school in the NC though.

Sorry State that Auburn ruined your chances of getting to be part of the sec NC win streak.

So you are saying after that game against us that you honestly believe Auburn is and was the better team?
I'm saying idk who is better. The numbers weren't much different and Auburn making its mistakes at worse times could easily result in even a worse team beating them by that much. Teams upset teams all the time and semi good teams can win by that much with enough help easily. State hasn't proven anything outside that game that shows they're so much better.

Dak threw 2 INT's. The fake punt was the coaches call, and I'm ok with it. You're up 21-0 and have the crowd, make a score out of that fake and the game is over before it started.

Sorry, 2 INTs. Still, I want to use the IF then We argument as well. Auburn doesn't turn it over and 35-3. Because if then we.

The reality is what actually happened, Auburn turned it over twice early, MSST gets up 14-0. Then 21-0. Then Auburn went on a 20-7 run.

MSST scores a FG and then we fumble again.

Auburn had two chances to come back and tie it after the 99 yard TD drive in the 3rd. They missed on those.

Oh wait a minute. I forgot. Hell all the Auburn people forgot. If the refs don't call offensive PI on Auburn we win... comfortably.

Hometown refs love to call offensive PI on big plays. See FSU for details.

More importantly, if your receiver pushes off low and not high (like every receiver is taught from 9th grade on), you don't get called on the offensive PI.

If state gets the PI call on the first drive, it's 28-0 after 4 possessions. We can do this all night.

The beginning of the game is the best possible time to make a mistake IMO.

Except destroy everyone we've played, you mean.

Meanwhile, Auburn barely escaped a team that beat Iowa St by 4 and whose entire claim to fame is beating an (already 2-loss) Oklahoma team that escaped Texas by 5.

Can't hurt any worse than ruining the SEC NC win streak.
If only Bama hadn't lost the iron bowl on 1 lucky play, Saban would have kept the streak alive.

Oh well, can't cry over spilled milk, even if 2, maybe 3 other SEC teams wouldn't have spilt it.

Not when it gives the other team momentum at home.

Except when those same teams are getting destroyed by other teams worse.

They are leading the big 12 and ranked 11th in the nation. Who else has State beaten that's ranked? LSU who Auburn beat alot worse and only claim to fame is they were good before.

Well apparently the UAB team we beat has the best offense in the state of Alabama.

Yeah and they averaged more yards per play than they did against anyone else than they've played. Even more proof that it's more likely State had one good game than being that great.

But either way State won. We will see how that works out as season goes on.

Definitely more likely we had one good game as opposed to having one bad game. Because the evidence supports that, right?

Wouldn't even consider the Bama 59-0 win over A&M a curb stomp.
