I don't know which is the most delusional fanbase, but I'm going with rebeloke as the most delusional fan if he actually thinks these fanbases believe these things.

We aren't a "powerhouse". We are a good-great team that is usually in contention now. We haven't won anything to be considered a powerhouse.

Contrary to this, most LSU fans think we will lose all remaining games. I had several tell me they were worried about Kentucky, and the ones who thought it would be close said "they better enjoy it if they win - will probably be the last one". And A LOT of fans want the coach fired if we just get an ugly win.
I don't understand why our fan base is so crazy, but lump me in with them because I think we CAN win out (with some Les luck).
Therefore I vote for LSU as having the most delusional fan base.

3 straight years of winning 11 games says otherwise to me. Of course, your opinion would carry more weight since you are a SC fan, but you could have easily won a championship one of those years. Things just didn't fall your way those years.
