Why don't we start from what we know.
1. Florida will fire Will Muschamp. It's likely none of the staff will be retained OR they will be poached before the new coach has an opportunity to retain them.
2. Michigan will fire Brady Hoke. They pretty much have to at this point.
3. A&M will fire Mark Snyder and possibly Jake Spavital as well.

I have actually heard from a big time LSU TAF member that they have been approached about Miles leaveing. According to him, Miles will not turn Michagan down and that LSU will target Rich Rod.
Miles is big condition is The athletic director at Michigan.
If Michigan fires Their A.D. the miles might be the new coach at Michagan. The guy also said it really hurts miles to see Michigan this bad of a team.

Either Chad Morris or John Harbaugh to Michigan (no, I didn't mean Jim)
If Chad Morris doesn't go to Michigan, look for Miami to make a strong play.
Mullen to UF.
Also see a college coach going to NFL creating an opening no one sees coming (and Jimbo will float his name for that opening early and often to either get the job or get the raise).
