also worth noting that statistically speaking UAB has one of the most improved defenses in the nation.

Looks about right. I doubt arkansas has practice this late in the season.

That is a mighty big point spread there. Yes, I think we beat UAB, and God knows we need a win to get some momentum back, but 23 points is a tall order considering their high octane passing attack.
It is doable, if we run the ball and control the clock like we did against Texas Tech. But I think it is more likely to be a two score game.
I would have it even closer but I think their game against MSU put the rest of the SEC on alert to take UAB seriously.

That spread is way to high with the way our season has gone so far. We will likely try to work on the passing game some, which currently sucks and is the better part of the UAB defense. If we come out and run them off the field we might beat the spread but develop very little while doing it.
