I agree that Chubb should start. He's earned it because he didn't screw up. Gurley can get his 150 and a TD spelling Chubb.

Nonsense

That "Nothing Beats a Full House" pic is awesome.

In the history of football there has never been a stable of running backs as good as Gurley, Marshall, Chubb, Michel and Douglas. I'm talking NCAA and NFL. Who comes closest? Maybe Larry Csonka, Jim Kiick and Mercury Morris of the undefeated 1972 Miami Dolphins but only Morris could take it to the house. The Dawgs have three or four who can go all the way.

Hyperbole much? Who knows, you may be right - but we can't confirm for another decade...

You and I normally think alike on here. We can agree to disagree on this one. I don't think you should be rewarded for knowingly screwing your team mates.

Even with TG missing two games, he still ranks 3rd nationally yards per game, 11th in yards per carry and 18th in rushing TDs. If he comes back next week, he still has 5 games left to bring those numbers up and we have all seen what he can do in 5 games (94 carries for 773 yards and 8 TDs)

If TGII can continue to avg 150yds a game & we make the SECCG, that'll give him 900 more yds & close to 1700yds (1673) in basically 9 games (only 6 carries vs Troy)...

It'll be tough, UGA needs to win out & a coupla other guys slip a lil ( Dak, Mariotta etc.) but it's possible he could pull it off...

it's not rec league, it's big time football. Gurley has proven himself for 3 years, chubb has for 2 games.

Gurley is the best RB in college football, so there is not a single reason he shouldn't start. Any other notion is absurd.

stafford and knowshon were out getting drunk at the Arch thursday before the bama game in 08. Should we have started cox instead for his lack of leadership and committment to his teammates?

Your opinion is no better than mine. I really DGAS whether you take me seriously or not because you're just a little pussy on a message board.

I know I'm being greedy, but it's so sad to look at those numbers and think what he could have done without missing any.

He very easily could have broken the SEC record for yards in a season.

I think Gurley should not only start, but be a captain. Just walk out to mid field and give them the evil eye without saying a word. Maybe sway from foot to foot, like he just can't wait to wreak havoc. UF might just forfeit another game to save face.
