I'm worried about the line against the front 7.

We need to establish the run on y'all.

Bama ran for 160 on y'all, but their line probably better than ours.

Our OL has to play outstanding this game.

Ole Miss D line is nasty.

Yep, people are convinced we have a weak offense for some reason even though we've covered the spread all year and done just fine. On the scoreboard this past weekend there were a dozen WAOM posts because we didn't score on every single drive in the first quarter....then when our offense started consistently moving the ball, those posters disappeared. For some reason trant thinks just because we don't score on every single possession that we're somehow weak on offense, even though we've played great and done whatever it takes to win the game. I thought we looked rather impressive vs a very stout Tennessee defense last week.

We weren't able to commit Conner to run support like we wanted because they have Cooper who we couldn't have kill us.

We have to run to win this game.

Biggest factor for us going in. If we can't run we fricked.

That and limiting the big plays that our offense has been predicated upon. If Bo throws and runs like he has previously then you're right it's going to be tough.

I'm no coach, but I'm pretty sure we're just gonna stack the box and make y'all pass.

Our interior defensive line is strong, thanks to Nkemdiche. Our defensive ends are a little undersized and not as talented (but comparing someone to RN5 is a little unfair). If y'all can have success off tackle forcing our undersized, yet quick LBs to make plays, y'all may can control the run game and keep the ball on the ground.

You're going to see a lot of Carlos Thompson(who's really played well since Alabama) and Channing(LSU fans will remember him fondly) to negate the size advantage.

I think Ole Miss will do what Ole Miss does on D and make Jennings beat them. I doubt LSU has a tons of success, probably 2 or 3 decent drives, maybe one big play in the deep passing game.

I don't really know what to expect from the LSU D vs Ole Miss O portion of the game. That is where the game lies.

I can already predict LSU's first drive.
Two runs up the middle, then we will go I formation and PA (which will be super obvious to everyone) and will get sacked/incomplete pass.

3 and out on first drive.

Remember the 2012 Alabama v. LSU game?

LSU came out and threw the ball allllll night. Don't be too surprised.

Yea......I don't see much reason to trust LSU's offense.

Yea, with Zach Mettenberger, Odell Beckham and Jarvis Landry. Now Mett had been rough that year so far, but his tools were evident.

LSU has some really talented young WRs, but Jennings does not have the capability to make any of those Mett throws.

I can't wait for this game, despite what I might say in other threads talking shite, this should be a killer matchup. I do believe we have a great team, but I expect this game to be a true dog fight and very fun too watch.

off tackle (right or left is the only question)
toss dive
3 and 7 - Jennings stares at the field sack
Punt

That was with Mett, and we saved it for our Superbowl, Bama.

If it happens again, we will probably save it for bama again.
