He'll be back next year and they aren't replacing him this year.

It's pretty damn hard to watch football games through the bottom of whiskey glass.

They are not adding someone else. Instead they are going with 12 members all of whom hate the SEC.

Why not Phil Fulmer? I know Bama hates him but I think he would do a fine job.

first, i believe the main reason delaney pushed so hard for a selection committee, was to make sure the sec only got one invite to the playoff. so, for them to be down one sec guy in the first year is proly music to his ears oh and danny kanell's ears.

for those of you thinking this committee will function like the bcs that took the 2 top rated teams, you're wrong, you will be surprised. my guess is they will pick 3 of the top 4 that 'they' rank, with a total surprise not anywhere near the top 4.

I've been trying to tell people this.

There is a difference between "should get in" and "will get in."

Gee, what a surprise.....

I think it should be one of the following:
Skip Bertman, Kevin Mawae, Doug Moreau, Jerry Stovall, Tom Hodson, Greg Lafleur.

I feel this very firmly

It will be a surprise for anybody not expecting to see something like this

1 SEC team
1 PAC team
1 B1G team
1 Notre Dame or ACC or B12 team

Since Texas is out and Oklahoma has 2 losses my best guess would be the ACC CCG winner or Noitre Dame depending on who has the better record.
