Imagine that, an Alabama politician that is corrupt.

Anyone that lives in Alabama just looks at this list and says, "well, no shite."
Corruption in southern politics is a given. Just a matter of timing.

Whether he actually is debatable. They (his political opposition) have been trying to get him indicted for a decade. I really have no idea if Hubbard is corrupt or not, considering the sources that have been pushing for his indictment for years (other arguably corrupt entities and people).

Good. Get rid of some of the last ties to Lowder.
Even though I don't know if he can be prosecuted for this...seriously clueless.

The AEA is a joke right now and lacks the influence to make this happen. How do you explain Siegelman's arrest if you think this is the AEA's doing?

Lol, if you think any of the people on that list are going down you're crazy or just not paying attention.

I'm simply saying the AEA has been on a warpath for Hubbard for years. Also, just because Siegelman went down doesn't mean the AEA wasn't still warring. Siegelman went far enough that his allies couldn't do anything to save him, and the same may be true for Hubbard. This "Mike is about to go down" story has happened every 6 months for 5 years. I don't know what has now pushed it over the top, although the timing is obvious.
