My thoughts on Oxford..

1. So many pretty women. So many short dresses. Good lord.
2. The drive in to Oxford... damn, what a shite hole.
3. The Grove is awesome.
4. The Square was fun.. can't believe I paid 20 bucks just to get in a bar but whatever, hell of a time. It's lame they close the bars that early though.
5. The visitor section in the endzone is no better than a nice high school stadium. Wish I would have seen the rest of the stadium.
6. The people were super friendly.. had many people stop and ask us if we were enjoying ourselves and whatnot. Didn't get heckled any other than a few drunks at the bar.
7. Tennessee sucks at football currently and Ole Miss is good.
8. I will definitely go back whenever Tennessee plays there again.

Pretty much every Mississippi city. They're all shitholes with one shining spot that the community takes pride in.

Covers at Oxford bars are pretty ridiculous during football season. True story.
I second the early closing times. Then again here they don't close until 4:00 am. So I'm a little spoiled.

Actually, the year is 2027. UT doesnt play in Oxford until 2027.

the manager said after the bama game the cover was 80 bucks and they were over capacity.

Covers get stupid on game weekends. It was $10 last night at a bar where I've never paid cover.

Oxford is a big stinking pile of elephant dung. Cocaine tramps walking all over campus. I will give the school one thing. The sorority cocaine tramps are hot and from what I recall were pretty easy. Dumb as rock in most cases.
