thinking of transferring to state and have a couple questions

first off 
the grind
im currently enrolled in atmospheric sciences at ULM and due to a bunch of crap going on im on the fence as to whether or not ill return after next semester.
Question 1) are there any kind of scholarships open for transfer students? I couldnt find any on the site but thought someone might know something
Question 2) about how big is the atmos sciences program in terms of enrollment?
