Brandon ain't the man. When you make the big bucks like Bert, you have to be able to see that or you lose your job.
I know RP is not as good now, but he has way more upside.

I'm not sure about Chaney either, but that's just because of of BA. If he had a decent QB, it could definitely be different.
I can't think of another SEC school where BA would start.

I'd go out and recruit the hell out of 2 Juco QB's. I know they dont' normally work out but he has to get ahead of the time table with the QB's right now some how.
He's going to end up like Will Muschamp and have his buggy tied to the wrong horse. Muchamp is not a bad coach, he just has the worst QB i've ever seen in my life.

florida actually has a defense that will win you games by itself.

Look at how the "best true freshman QB in the country" did against Bama today. Rafe would probably be worse. He's 18 years old. Throwing him in there now as a desperation move would benefit nobody.

The only thing I worry about is going into next year with the only QB with any experience being BA.

bert is building for the future. unlike coaches we've had in the past who burned redshirts on good players to help them for the present.
bert will be here after the allen brothers leave. he can't be fully judged till the entire roster is made up of his players.
