Its Bert. No lie, I remember him saying at the start of his tenure he would take that over.

Well him and Segrest tag team it, but bert makes a lot of the calls.

Going into the season, I was under the impression it'd be Segrest but now I have no fricking clue.

Looks like it's Segrest according to our official site.

Our special teams are honestly the worst I have ever seen Arkansas field. We can't catch a punt and our kicking game is a liability instead of a component of our offense. Total shite.

It's Segrest and it's why I'm not sold on the guy. We need to throw the bank at Orgeron for a year or two, let him recruit the dickens before he takes his HC job.

Totally agree. We may have the worst ST in the SEC.

PR, KR, FG, P, KO, PAT are spread out to multiple coaches but Bielema over looks it all

Henson is terrible, we can't block long enough for PAT's, Irwin-Hill is averaging less and less yards by the week.

Did we ever get a legit explanation for our redshirt on the TX kicker? I mean, how valuable is 1 extra year on a kicker when we're in the 2nd year of a supposed 3 year program build? A competent kicker and we'd have beat Aggs and Bama.

Honestly I think they didn't like that he was all for being hazed with the crazy haircut thing.

They probably felt he needed to mature some before being fed to Arkansas fans when missed FG's mean we have losses to A&M and Bama when they should be wins.

That's not saying we didn't lose those games in other facets because we did. But if we had a kicker to put points on the board we never go to OT in Dallas and Bama never has a lead in the game.

Developmental program this year to add strength as well as hone in accuracy. (Henson beat him in the fall camp competition)

No kidding. That's quite possibly the only thing I miss about Petrino's coaching staff.

Bert mentioned a few weeks ago -- after the A&M game I believe -- when asked about Hedlund that he didn't have the leg strength or accuracy right now and they were putting him through an aggressive redshirt program.

Read yesterday that (unless he improved dramatically this week) Sam Irwin Hill wasn't going to be the starting punter anymore. He really seems to have regressed.

Who's replacing him?

Also, the missed FG seemed to be more on blocking (Kirkland) than kicks, except for the Bama game.

Confidence just seems to be at an season low. Losing is taking its toll. UAB will be a welcome ego-boost for everyone involved. I hope AC3 gets his mojo back, but I also hope BA gets a few opportunities to sling it. He needs something positive on the field to hang his hat on at the end of the day.

I remember two or three extra points being blocked. That's probably due to ball trajectory. Regarding field goals...the last one I remember was in the A&M game and it was so far off that the announcers were commenting on how bad it was.

That's the one I'm thinking of, not the Bama game. My bad

True, but Kirkland in particular was at fault in at least two of those blocked kicks.
