Bo knows.

But Jameis Winston apparently doesn't care

quote:

Jackson suggested on The Jim Rome Show Tuesday that Winston blew off the guidance Jackson tried to give him earlier this year.

quote:

Pressed about exactly what sort of guidance he gave the Seminoles' third-year sophomore, Jackson wouldn't divulge it, saying it was between he and Winston. But whatever it was, it wasn't delivered gently.

"If I told you what I told him, it'll probably singe the hairs in your ears," said Jackson.

There's something actually wrong with Jameis. Guy is helpless.

We don't know exactly how his story will go, but we have a good idea how it will end

I don't envy any 20 year old kid having that much fame thrown on them basically overnight. People who aren't prepared for it aren't capable of handling it. The examples are endless.

That being said

I'm pretty sure most of the collegiate athletes out there could handle it better than Jameis. Who blows off Bo frickin Jackson.

If Bo told me i could run through a brick wall, he'd get to laugh until the ambulance got there.

And he grew up in Alabama too. Even Bama fans respect Bo for Christ's sake, but nooooo Jameis is too good for Bo. He doesn't even have to follow his advice, just politely accept it an move on, but clearly he pissed off Bo somehow with the way he handled it.

Dude is incredibly immature. And unfortunately he plays for a coach who is a true scumbag.

Honestly, the dude I expected to get in Jaboos grill big time was Warrick Dunn. Dunn is a fellow FSU player and is a highly respected former NFL player with a very active charitable foundation etc. Dunn is the kind of person and player that you would want your University to be represented by.

Where is he in corralling this imbecile? His dumbass coach obviously doesnt care as long as he plays on saturday.

As a Heisman award winner, I would also have thought the others in that fraternity, would have privately gotten hold of this kid. All we know is Bo tried. Fellow Alabamian. Fellow Bessemer native.

Winston can frick himself.

The greatest athlete in the history of the human race, who has already walked ten miles in bigger shoes than that bitch arse Winston could ever dream of wearing, actually took some of his own personal time to realize the assclown exists. Then he eventried to help the halfwit.

Winston is so far beneath Bo Jackson it is an utter joke. Pisses me off Bo even wasted 30 seconds of his time with that fricking loser.

I'm pissed.

This has to be bad for Jimbo's recruiting, just think parents entrust a coach to make sure their child does right at college and Jimbo has failed. Would you want your kid to go to FSU wondering if your kid was getting good guidance?

You would think so, but contrast it against what uGA/Richt have going on. Kids leaving on a weekly basis for a slew of misdeeds. Each time it's the kid who is made to look like an impossible case to treat. Father Richt did his best, but the kid can't be helped... .
Now the entire program from the AD --> Staff look like they have left Gurley hanging in the wind. No Heisman, no All-American, no Titles... " Just don't let the door hit ya, where the good Lord split ya!"

Neither school looks like the place I would send my son currently.
